Genentech, Inc.'s (JOBS) Avastin Meets Breast Cancer Study Goal

Genentech Inc. said Monday its blockbuster drug Avastin improved the survival time for breast cancer patients in a late-stage study, putting the drug closer to full regulatory approval to treat the condition.
