Gateway Health names Rhonda Curry as new Chief Human Resources Officer

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Gateway Health, a managed care organization focused on the total health of its members, today announced that Rhonda Curry has joined the company as its Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this role, Curry will oversee all associate relations and engagement programs, training and development, and will be responsible for all cultural initiatives as the company enters a new phase of transformation. She will also build upon the company’s current talent and recruitment strategies, enhancing approaches for personnel growth in the state of Pennsylvania.

Prior to Gateway, Curry was the Vice President of Human Resources at Hornets Sports & Entertainment, where she oversaw HR strategy and led efforts to develop effective processes, consistent practices, and HR technology systems. Curry also supported a diverse and inclusive workforce by implementing several diversity and leadership development programs. This resulted in significant increases in hiring and promotional opportunities for women and people of color.
