Greenville Online -- Dispoz-o Products Inc., a maker of plastic cutlery based in Fountain Inn, has been sold and merged with a Nebraska company. No layoffs are planned, however, because the product lines are complementary, not duplicative, said Greg Jehlik, chief executive officer of both companies.
