In this role, Ms. Ling will be responsible for leading the human resources organization, including talent management, leadership development, compensation & benefits, and staffing. Ms. Ling will report to Brent Saunders, Chief Executive Officer and President, and serve as a member of the Forest Executive Team upon joining the company on January 21, 2014.
