PRNewswire -- Fazoli’s, the 260-unit quick service Italian chain, has added two restaurant industry veterans to its management team. Monte Jump has been named vice president of Marketing, while Scott Deibert has been appointed vice president of Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance.
