The International Journal of Management Education is an outlet for educational research and developments within business, management, accountancy and finance. It publishes reflective papers which bring together pedagogy and theories of management learning such as: descriptions of innovative teaching, including critical reflection on implementation and outcomes. The journal welcomes submissions on education perspectives and its institutional development; changes in the structure of business and management education and the changing roles of management educators; relationships of business and management programmes to employers’ needs; and globalisation of business and management education.
