(PINKSHEETS: DGMS) announced today that the Company has signed a contract with Dr. Daniel Kaplan of Naples, Florida to implement the Company's proprietary .Net-based digital prescription handling software, digiRX and digiReauth, and to supply call center services to support the reauthorization of prescriptions. Dr. Kaplan received his Doctorate of Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and currently runs a high-traffic practice in Naples, Florida with a focus on Family and Geriatric Medicine where he sees 25-30 patients a day.
