HOUSTON, May 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cyberonics, Inc. today announced that the Company will report financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 28, 2006 on Thursday, May 25, 2006 at 5:00 PM EDT. A conference call to discuss those results will occur on Friday, May 26, 2006 at 8:30 AM EDT.
