RYE, N.Y., May 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Joan Fallon, CEO of Curemark LLC, will be honored on Friday June 17th at a gala held at the United Nations in New York City. The black tie event sponsored by the Knights of York is to raise funds for the New York Child Learning Institute and the Phoenix Center, both special educational centers for children with autism and other disabilities. At the event, Dr. Fallon will be presented with the Knights of York Lawrence Ferrara Children’s Advocate Award.

The Knights of York is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial support for medical research, education, and community projects which benefit children in need. The organization works to fund lesser known causes, such as individual institutions so that in many cases children can benefit directly from their work.
