(NASDAQ: CPEX) today announced that it has filed preliminary proxy materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission for its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and nominated Robert Forrester, a highly qualified independent director candidate, for election to the Board at the meeting. Mr. Forrester is being nominated for the Board seat currently held by Miguel Fernandez, who is retiring at the end of his current term which expires at the meeting. The Board unanimously recommends that, upon receipt of the Company’s definitive proxy statement and WHITE proxy card, stockholders vote FOR the Company’s nominee.
