Covidien CFO Charles Dockendorff plans to retire at the end of 2014, leaving a vacancy in a role he’s filled for 25 years. Covidien (NYSE:COV) said it’s searching for a new CFO after Charles Dockendorff announced his plans to retire from the company at the end of 2014. Dockendorff has been with the company since 1989, serving in a variety of finance-related roles.
