(NASDAQ:CGEN) announced today that its application to transfer the listing of its common stock from The NASDAQ Global Market to The NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Capital Market”) has been approved by NASDAQ. The transfer will be effective as of the opening of business today, Wednesday, June 17, 2009; the Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the symbol “CGEN”.
