As part of SCOPE’s two-day “Electronic Data In Clinical Trials” session, today’s interactive roundtable discussion, “What Pain Points Are You Experiencing With EDC Systems?”, at 4:30 p.m. highlights some of the issues and frustrations that sponsors and investigator sites are experiencing with today’s EDC systems. Cmed Technology also will present “Sites+EDC Does Not Have To=Pain: Building eClinical Platforms for Real-World Scenarios” tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. This stand-alone presentation focuses on the need for eClinical providers to re-examine their approach to EDC systems in order to create an optimal experience.
Throughout the conference, Cmed Technology also will conduct live demonstrations at its Booth 12 of Timaeus 5, a unified on-demand eClinical platform, using notebook PCs and the Apple iPad®. Available now to customers, Timaeus 5, which manages clinical data from Study Design through Reporting, was previewed in October 2010.
