Clinical Data, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDA) today reported consolidated financial results for the Company’s fiscal year ended March 31, 2007. The Company also announced the completion of its initial pivotal Phase III study of the anti-depressant drug candidate Vilazodone, the sale of the North American segment of its Vital Diagnostics division known as Clinical Data Sales & Service, Inc. (“CDSS”), and the filing of an amendment to its certificate of incorporation increasing the Company’s share authorization.
