Essen, Germany, 19.07.2017 (PresseBox) - Summary: In order to be able to offer our customers a broad service portfolio from a single source, CETECOM is expanding its service portfolio with Bluetooth testing at our location in Essen, Germany. July 18, 2017 / Essen, Germany – The German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) has officially accredited CETECOM to carry out Bluetooth tests our location in Essen, Germany. With this new accreditation, CETECOM is expanding its testing capacities in the field of radio technologies in order to provide our customers with test and certification services from a single source.
The expansion of our services covers the following scopes:
• Bluetooth Profile Specification PTS 7.0.0
• Bluetooth Low Energy RF PHY including standards RF-PHY.TS/4.0/4.1/4.2
• Bluetooth RF specifications 2.0/2.1+EDR/3.0/3.0+HS/4.0/4.1/4.2/
Similarly, from Q4 2017 on, we will also be able to perform Bluetooth tests according to the official Bluetooth standard 5.0.
With this expansion, CETECOM is now offering Bluetooth tests for our customers at two locations. In addition to its location in Essen, CETECOM Korea is also accredited for carrying out Bluetooth test services.
In addition, the CETECOM is an officially accredited Bluetooth Qualification Test Facilities (BQTF) of the Bluetooth SIG with a recognized Bluetooth Qualification Expert (BQE).
