(“GLDD”), based in Brighton, MI. Both companies possess considerable expertise in pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) analysis, project management, and pharmacometric modeling and simulation. GLDD focuses on early development work, while Certara’s products and services span the entire drug development continuum. Financial details about the transaction have not been disclosed.
