The Business Review (Albany) -- Pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline has reversed a decision to shut down a plant in northern Greene County and eliminate 260 jobs. Instead, the international company will close a plant in New Jersey and move work there to its plant at Oak Hill, in the town of Durham.
