Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. Files for $86 Million IPO

ST. PAUL, Minn., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (CSI) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering, with William Blair and Company L.L.C. acting as a co-manager of the offering. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined.
