(Pink Sheets: CXAR), a publicly held Nevada corporation, announced today that in connection with its Letter of Intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common stock of Union Square Sports and Entertainment, Inc., a privately held New York corporation with principal headquarters located in New York, N.Y. (“USSE”), it has raised its minimum private offering amount of $1,150,000 and expects to close the acquisition on or around June 1, 2009.
