The clinical study, conducted at a prestigious hospital in China, involved 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who were randomized to receive either chemotherapy (cisplatin and paclitaxel) combined with hyperthermia (delivered using the BSD-2000 Hyperthermia System) or chemotherapy without hyperthermia.
