FREDERICK, Md., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioElectronics Corporation (BIEL) announced today that it has appointed Abdulkader Al-Mehyar Moh’d Basheer Halawy as sales agent and distributor in the Middle Eastern region. The company launched the new sales program with orders for 20,000 units.
