(OTCBB: BISU), a biotechnology company specializing in veterinary care and organic dietary supplements for livestock, is now ready to go ahead into the second phase of its growth strategy. The arrival of Dr.Gilles Chaumillon, PhD/MBA, as Chief Executive Officer and President, will enable the company to achieve its principal corporate objective and to position itself as a key solution provider in the field.

Dr. Chaumillon has vast managerial experience within the industry of life sciences, primarily with organic products. Notably, he has occupied the functions of director at Aeterna Zantaris (AEZ), Biosyntech (BSY), as well as companies in the private sector of the same field. He possesses a PhD in Marine Biology from Universite Laval (1997) and an MBA in Biotechnology Management from Universite du Quebec a Montreal (2003).
