WZZM -- Owners of a Grand Haven dining icon announced Friday they will not expand the Bil-Mar Restaurant. Owner Howard Meyer has spent half a decade fighting with government leaders over his plans to renovate the business which sits on the beach at the Grand Haven State Park.
