Bayer AG Says to Buy U.S. Stoneville for $310 Million

FRANKFURT, May 31 (Reuters) - German drugs and chemicals maker Bayer's Crop Science unit has agreed to buy U.S.-based Stoneville Pedigreed Seed Company from U.S. biotech crop company Monsanto for $310 million, Bayer said on Thursday.
