The Board of Directors of Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per Baxter common share. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2015.
Baxter continues to generate strong cash flow and has returned significant value to shareholders in the form of dividends and share repurchases. In 2014, Baxter returned more than $1.6 billion to shareholders through share repurchases and dividends, reflecting a six percent increase in the dividend rate versus the prior year.
