Baxter International, Inc. Appoints Two New Directors to Its Board

DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) today announced it has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors, Uma Chowdhry, PhD, and Thomas F. Chen. The appointments are effective November 2012.
