TargetCancer Foundation, a not-for-profit rare cancer research foundation, returns to the Microsoft New England Research and Development (NERD) Center on November 6 to celebrate its fifth anniversary at A Night to TargetCancer: The Fifth Annual TargetCancer Foundation Gala. The evening will feature food by guest chef Chris Fischer of the Beach Plum Restaurant on Martha’s Vineyard, who will be using ingredients sourced from his own family’s Beetlebung Farm, as well as from Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge.
