LOS ANGELES, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. announced today the development of a joint venture hospital project in China. With the support from local governments, Sunnylife Global, Inc. signed a Letter of Intent on December 15, 2005 with TaiYuan No.7 Hospital to remodel and standardize it to be the "Shan Xi World Friendship Hospital."
In the joint venture model, Sunnylife Global, Inc. owns 70%, and TaiYuan No.7 Hospital owns 30% of the total investment. TaiYuan No.7 Hospital is a full service hospital with 200 beds and 220 medical specialists. The population of TaiYuan City is approximately 3 million.
Sunnylife Global, Inc. provides unique health sciences options for the Chinese people. The company has developed a Health Care Management System (HCMS) in conjunction with the World Friendship Hospital Group that will result in delivering superior quality health care to its citizens. The Company is in multiple joint-venture agreements with the government of China to renovate and revitalize China's older hospital facilities in order to meet the current International standard. Sunnylife has developed its HCMS to meet these standards and is planning to launch operations with TaiYuan No.7 Hospital.
