Soiken To Establish New Subsidiary For Virus And Fatigue Biomarker Research

Tokyo (JCN) Dec 6, 2005 - Soiken announced on December 5 that it has decided to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in collaboration with Jikei University Professor Kazuhiro Kondo on December 8. To be capitalized at 50 million yen ($415,000), Virus Ikagaku Kenkyusho (provisional name) will proceed with research on viruses such as human herpesvirus with a view to applying them as a biomarker for assessing fatigue.
