CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--During yesterday’s opening session of the 2011 iBIO IndEx, iBIO Institute President and CEO David Miller announced PROPEL’s award of a $200,000 grant by the Searle Funds at The Chicago Community Trust. PROPEL, a Center of the iBIO Institute, was awarded the grant in support of its programs to assist the development of small, seed-stage life sciences companies in Illinois.
