Pantarhei to Bid for Merck & Co., Inc.'s Organon Unit

Reuters) - Dutch bioscience company Pantarhei intends to bid for the bulk of U.S. company Merck's (MRK.N) Netherlands-based bioscience research unit Organan, the Dutch Financieele Dagblad reported on Monday.
