LONDON (AFX) - MDY Healthcare PLC said it has acquired 500,000 shares in Europe-based specialty pharmaceutical company Allergy Therapeutics PLC. The company, which makes strategic investments in healthcare companies, did not disclose the amount invested in Allergy Therapeutics.
