DeBenedictis, 69, Chief Technology Officer and a member of the company’s board of directors, will retire from Solta Medical on October 1, 2010. Mr. DeBenedictis will be available to advise the company through the end of the year and he plans to remain active in the development of other emerging medical technologies.
