Kinematix Appoints Former Partners Healthcare Executive President Of U.S. Subsidiary

Oporto, Portugal, December 10, 2013 – Kinematix, developer of cutting-edge healthcare and fitness products that evaluate body position and movement to improve human function, announced today it has appointed Joseph Ternullo, JD, MPH, president of the company’s US subsidiary. Ternullo, formerly with the Partners HealthCare Center for Connected Health, recently joined the Kinematix board of directors.

Applying his previous experience in the legal and financial services industries, Joe joined Partners HealthCare in 1996 as associate director of the Center for Connected Health. He serves on the board of directors of Massachusetts Health Quality Partners and the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council’s board of overseers. He has served on the US Department of Health and Human Services’ American Health Information Community Workgroup, a US Commerce Department industry trade advisory committee, as a founding board member and vice president of Continua Health Alliance, and on the board of the Harvard Club of the North Shore.

Joe holds degrees from Boston College, Bentley University, Boston University School of Law and Harvard School of Public Health. He has taught healthcare informatics law at Northeastern University.
