NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Joel Papernik, a member in the Corporate practice in the New York office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., has been named secretary of the New York Biotechnology Association (NYBA) and a member of the executive committee of the board of directors. Mr. Papernik will hold the position of secretary for a two year term.
