CONCORD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cerus Corporation (NASDAQ:CERS) announced today that Blóðbankinn, Iceland’s national blood transfusion service at Landspitali University Hospital, has signed an agreement for the purchase of the INTERCEPT Blood System for platelets and plasma. Blóðbankinn is the sole supplier of blood components in Iceland.
