Leider, M.D., M.B.A., to the board of directors for the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE). ACPE is represented in the American Medical Association's House of Delegates as the specialty society for physicians holding positions in healthcare leadership and administration.

As XLHealth's chief medical officer, Leider is responsible for all clinical program development and quality improvement efforts. He frequently speaks to national audiences about disease management, was a founding board member of the Disease Management Association of America, and is board- certified in Medical Management. Prior to joining XLHealth, Leider served as senior vice president and principal of Interactive Forums, Inc., a national healthcare consulting, marketing and medical education company, and chief medical officer and senior vice president of health services for HealthNet, a large physician-owned managed care organization. While serving as a Health Center Director for the Boston Health Center of Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan, he also served as an attending physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and as a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Leider earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a master's of business administration from the University of Washington.
Dr. Leider also is a member and fellow of ACPE. In addition, as one if the organization's core faculty members, he has taught courses on improving quality of healthcare to more than 2,500 physician executives. "For more than a decade, my involvement with the ACPE has been enriching, both personally and professionally," explains Leider.
