MONTREAL, Oct. 4 /CNW Telbec/ - With support from Québec institutional investors, CTI Life Sciences Fund, L.P. will have $100 million of venture capital to invest. The Montréal-based first-generation life sciences fund is the first of its kind created in Québec since 2002. Focusing mainly in Québec and Canada, the Fund will invest in the biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals sectors as well as in the development of medical devices.
