Launched by media executive Jeffrey D. Erb and Harold Hambrose, CEO of Electronic Ink, Clarity Labs’ state-of-the-art facilities offer usability testing and a full staff of research consultants. The Labs are offered to companies as standalone rentable research locations or as fully staffed facilities.
