Mr. Chefitz is currently the Chairman of the Strategic Board of Trevi Healthcare Fund, Chairman of Notch Hill Advisors and advisor to the CK Capital Fund. Prior to its merger with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries LTD, Mr. Chefitz served as a Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee & member of the Audit, Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees of Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. He was a Director of Kensey Nash and Nitric Bio, as well as Director of the Boston University Medical School Advisory Board and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Columbia University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
