(NASDAQ: SLXP) (“Salix” or the “Company”) today announced that Carolyn Logan has informed the Board of her decision to retire as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a director, of the Company, effective January 30, 2015. Ms. Logan will remain a consultant to the Company.
