GeneCellin(TM) is a powerful in vitro transfection reagent (patent pending) which allows to achieve higher delivery efficiencies of plasmid DNA into cell lines and primary cells compare to other lipid and polymer based transfection reagents. This innovative transfection reagent is composed by a stable formulation of nanoparticules we have named “nanoporters”. This technology allows achieving superior and reproducible transgene expression levels without any toxic effect.
GeneCellinTM is a powerful transfection reagent that only requires a small amount of plasmid DNA. Using less DNA reduces adverse cytotoxic effects triggered by transfection and maintains high cell viability with high transfection efficiency.
GeneCellinTM shows very good transfection efficiency in most used cell lines (see Table 1). GeneCellinTM was also successfully tested with several primary cells.
