NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Atlas Investment Management LLC ("Atlas Investors"), through a newly formed entity, Atlas Dentek Holdings LLC, has completed a principal investment in DenTek Oral Care, Inc. ("DenTek") for an undisclosed sum. It is Atlas Investors’ second announced investment since its formation in 2008.
