Mr. Andersen cited personal reasons as the cause for his resignation. Chairman Michael Espy thanked Mr. Andersen for his service to the company, and remarked that Dan had been a Director of Toxin Alert since its inception. President Bill Bodenhamer also thanked Mr. Andersen for his long service and dedication to the company.
