VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AMERIGROUP Corporation announced today that E. Paul Dunn Jr. is stepping down as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His duties will be assumed by Sherri E. Lee, CPA, who previously served for seven years as the Company’s CFO and Treasurer.
Dunn is leaving the Company effective immediately. Lee, who recently agreed to serve as a consultant to AMERIGROUP on a range of financial issues, is now rejoining AMERIGROUP as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. She will hold that position until the Company names a permanent successor for Dunn.

Lee previously worked at AMERIGROUP for seven years, from 1998 to 2005. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from March 1998 to May 2001 and as Treasurer from May 2001 to April 2005. She is a resident of Virginia Beach and graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Accounting. Lee is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
