BOERNE, TX – September 8, 2008 – Stanbio Laboratory, L.P., a leader in medical testing and diagnostic devices, today announced the acquisition of the ALKO line of products and services from Thermo Fisher Scientific on August 19, 2008. During the past 33 years, ALKO has been recognized as a quality supplier of calibrators, electrodes, accessories, and controls for use on over 130 instrument models and are sold to over 5,000 laboratories worldwide.
