Woburn MA, January 7, 2016 – Laurus Synthesis announced that Adam Ryan Goodsell has joined the company as Manager, Business Development. In making the announcement, Stuart Needleman, President of Laurus Synthesis Inc., said, “Adam possesses a strong business legacy within contract chemistry, with experience that ranges from development work on the bench to process support, sales, marketing and supply chain positions. We are very optimistic about all that Adam brings to advance our business development outreach.”
Mr. Needleman went on to explain that Mr. Goodsell will be primarily focused on sales opportunities to the Boston Biotech community and will operate from the company’s Woburn location, which houses Laurus Synthesis Inc.’s extensive process chemistry capabilities and corporate offices.
From 2004 through 2015, Mr. Goodsell was employed by Johnson Matthey Pharma Services. Over the eleven years of his association with Johnson Matthey, Mr. Goodsell achieved steady advances in that organization. From his starting role as a Chemist in Chemical Development, he went on to hold positions as Technical Support Associate and Senior Technical Specialist, Process Support and Supply Chain and most recently, he was the Strategic Sourcing Lead, Supply Chain.
Mr. Goodsell earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Saint Anselm College and was awarded an MBA in Global Studies from Southern New Hampshire University.
