AASLD: New Diabetes Meds Diminish Markers of Fatty Liver

MedPageToday -- BOSTON -- One of the newer classes of diabetes medications -- the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) agonists -- appears to mitigate fatty liver disease in people with type 2 diabetes, according to two studies reported here.
