Mr. Dickinson has over 25 years of experience in general management, international consumer marketing, product innovation and business development. After starting his career in sales with Procter & Gamble, Mr. Dickinson pursued a classic brand management track with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and with the Arm & Hammer Division of Church & Dwight. As Vice President, Global New Business Development for Mead Johnson Nutritionals Division of Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mr. Dickinson's multi-functional team was responsible for the creation of Viactiv® Soft Calcium Chews, a highly successful nutraceutical product introduction and segment leader.
Immediately prior to joining Axon, Mr. Dickinson was the Chief Operating Officer of StemCyte, Inc., a global leader in umbilical cord stem cell transplantation and banking, headquartered in both California and Taiwan. Prior to StemCyte, Mr. Dickinson was a Board Director and President & CEO of Pericor Science, a Boston-based biotechnology company. Mr. Dickinson received his B.S. in Industrial Economics from Union College and his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
