US High Court Rejects Wyeth Appeal In Hormone-Therapy Case

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected an appeal by Pfizer Inc.'s (PFE) Wyeth unit of a $58 million Nevada judgment in favor of three women who claimed they developed breast cancer due to their use of the company's hormone-therapy.
